i dont think she is a member of the organization because roxas is the 13th member of "organization 13" and more than likely it is some one in an org. 13 jacket (like riku and mickey in kh 2) also its probably aqua or someone we haven't heard of

No it's definitely a member the creator stated it was the 14 of 13 but i think it's gonna be someone we have met before nobody.

Actually, Namine was never really apart of the organization. She was being held hostage, and besides, In one of the pictures, the girls skin looks to dark to be namine's.
